Jeff Richardson is the founder and Chief Transformational Engineer at Empowered Alliances, a consulting/training firm dedicated to collaborative team leadership and iterative team development. Jeff’s interactive workshops address the root causes of team issues specifically related to high-tech environments. A key component to his success is the integration of experiential team building activities designed to surface and resolve team dynamics that are interfering with success.
Jeff brings a diverse set of experiences from leading strategic change programs in Fortune 100 to consulting with dozens of start-ups and facilitating ropes course programs for young adult programs. Prior to owning his own businesses, he consulted with over 35 product teams at Texas Instruments and Raytheon to develop start-up plans, resulting in a 40% increase in proposal win rate. He has developed three leadership programs for the Stanford Advanced Project Management program, including Virtual Team Leadership, Leadership for Strategic Execution and Mastering the Integrated Program.
Coursework developed and delivered by Mr. Richardson emphasizes collaboration, creativity and communication while covering topics as Project Management, Leadership, Team Decision Making & Problem Solving, Change Management, Group Facilitation and Virtual Team Development. Jeff earned a M.S. in Organizational Development & Change Management from the University of Texas at Dallas’ executive program and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Buffalo State.
